1 lb. ground beef - cooked, scrambled and drained
1 c. celery - chopped
1 green pepper and 1 red pepper - chopped
1 onion - chopped
1 c. kernel corn [frozen or canned] - optional
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cans mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
6 c. water
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions:

Mix everything together. Simmer slowly, on a low temperature, until the veggies are cooked - about 1 to 2 hours. [can use a slow cooker or on top of stove]

Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
