1 cup of lard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk

Filling:
1 qt cooked pumpkin
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shape in turnovers. Spread pumpkin mixture on the dough and fold over. Bake at 400 for 15mins or till golden brown
