3 C milk
4 C cream
1 1/2 c flour
1/8-1/4 tsp salt
1/4-1/3 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk. Heat the cream in a heavy kettle until it boils. When boiling stir in 1 1/2 c flour. Keep stirring until the fat comes out. Drain off the butter fat. Then pour in the hot milk. Mix with electric mixer until smooth. (Do this in the kettle) Add sugar & salt. Put in sherbet glasses 1/2 full and sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon mixture. Top with melted butter.

Very Rich. You may want to cut the recipe in half. May be served hot or cold.
