2 2/3 c. cooked chicken, breast and thigh
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. soft bread cubed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Barely cook broccoli spears. Put in a buttered casserole or ramekin. Add a layer of chicken which has been torn into chunky pieces. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder. Pour over broccoli. Cover sauce with cheese. Mix bread cubes with melted butter. Top cheese with cubes. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
