1 refrigerated pie shell
3/4 cups chopped pecans
1 large (8 oz) cream cheese SOFTENED
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Place refrigerated pie shell in a pie pan (following directions on box) press 3/4 cup chopped nuts in bottom of crust before baking. Bake at package directions and COOL.
In food processor mix 1 large (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip, 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread this mixture over bottom of cooled pie crust.
Using a hand mixer, mix 1 small box instant chocolate pudding, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding and 3 cups of milk, mix until slightly stiff. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread cool whip over top of this mixture and garnish if desired (may garnish with chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts or whatever you desire).
Lightly cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until served.
