2 Cups uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1 2/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup seaoned croutons
1 cup diced ham or bacon or hamburger
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
1 2/3 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 tomato, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix cheeses together and save 3/4 cup for toppping. Add cheese to sauce. Combine macaroni, meat and cheese sauce into a casserole dish. Arrange croutons and tomato wedges on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
