5 oz cups Cantare' Fresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes
2 7oz. tubs Cantare' Traditional Olive Tapenade
1 c. fresh basil leaves
4 T. extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 large French baguettes, sliced 1-inch thick ( about 36 slices)
1 1/2 lbs. of Cantare' Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced 1/4 in. thick

Preheat oven to 450º F. On a baking sheet, line up baguette slices and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in oven for about 3 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Rub the garlic on the toasted side of each slice and then lay a slice of mozzarella cheese on top. Place crostini back in oven and melt cheese slightly, about one minute. Remove from oven. Top each crostini with a teaspoon of olive tapenade, basil leaf and two pieces of fresh roasted vine tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
If you cannot find the brand listed just roast your own tomatoes and use any brand of olive tapenade and fresh mozzarella cheese.
