1/2 C plain non fat yogurt
1 T frozen (partially thawed) orange juice Concentrate
2 Large oranges, peeled and sectioned with a knife
2 T semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening
* To make it sweeter and 1 packet of Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Spoon 2 T yogurt mixture onto each of the 4 dessert bowls. Arrange orange sections on the yogurt mixture.

Heat chocolate chips and shortening over a low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.

Carefully drizzle chocolate in thin lines over oranges

Garnish with mint leaves and possible a splash of
Cointreau over all.
