1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. each: Accent, chili powder, salt and oregano
1 c. minute rice

White sauce:
1 pt. buttermilk
2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. each: Accent, pepper, salt, onion salt and garlic salt

Additional ingredients for layering:
1 small head lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bag Fritos or taco chips, broken
avacado

Directions:

Brown hamburger. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, garlic powder, Accent, chili powder, salt, oregano and rice. Simmer 40 minutes. Mix ingredients for white sauce; buttermilk, mayonnaise, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of each of the following: Accent, pepper, salt, onion salt, and garlic salt.

To serve: Put Fritos or broken taco chips on large platter, top with beef mixture. Add your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions and avocados. Pour dressing over all.
