1 cup packed dried apricots, halved.,
1 cup packed pitted dates, halved,
1 cup packed pitted prunes, halved,
1- 1/2 cups water,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 can (6 oz) pineapple or orange juice concentrate,
1 tsp. vanilla.

Directions:
Make pastry for a 2 crust 9 inch pie pan. Put apricots, dates, prunes, water and salt in sauce pain. Boil over low heat, simmer until fruit and water is absorbed about 10 minutes. stir in juice and vanilla and cool put in crust. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
