1/4 cup rock salt
1 large boneless pork butt
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions:
Directions:
Rub liquid smoke on meat liberally. Sprinkle rock salt all over. Place in deep roasting pan tightly covered with foil and lid.
Roast at 285 4-6 hours
shred with 2 forks like pulled pork
