-boneless skinless chicken breasts (@ 10-15 of the tenderloins or 8-10 of the actual chicken breasts)
-1 can of asparagus (or 10 oz of fresh or frozen)
-1 can crab meat
-1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
-1 tbsp mustard
-2 tsp lemon juice

-fix your chicken to your liking (bake, grill)
-place cooked chicken in 9x13 baking dish
- top with asp and crab meat
-combine remaining ingred in small bowl and spoon over asp and crab
-bake at 450 for 8-10 min or until sauce is light brown
