1 1/4 cups of light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3 large eggs
1/2 cup light cream (I use 1/2 & 1/2)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups of pecan halves
One 9" unbaked pie shell

Pre heat oven to 350 º

1) Blend together brown sugar and butter, pressing out the lumps of sugar
2) Mix in the corn syrup
3) Beat in eggs, one at a time
4) Stir in cream, vanilla and salt
5) Mix in the pecans
6) Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in oven about 30-40 minutes or until the filling is puffy and lightly browned o top.

Remove from oven and cool to room temperature before serving.
