3 pears, peeled and sliced thin (pears canned in their own juice works just as well)
2 T butter
2 T sugar
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, 2 T sugar and pears in oven-proof frying pan(10") and cook about 10 minutes until soft but not brown (I use a Calphalon but do not use Teflon as you need to cut it in the pan).
In a blender put milk, flour, sugar, eggs and salt.
Blend on high and then pour over cooked pears and place pan in a 425º oven for about 15 minutes until puffed and golden.

Meanwhile warm half a bottle of blueberry syrup with half a jar of Bumbleberry spread.

Slice pancake into four or five pieces and serve with sauce and powdered sugar.
