3# broiler or fryer chicken – cut up
1/3 cup shoyu
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Arrange chicken in shallow rimmed baking pan. Combine rest of ingredients and brush half of mixture evenly over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste with remaining sauce and continue to bake 20 minutes or longer.
