2 Tbsp butter
1 ˝ pounds chicken (deboned and cut into 1” pieces)

Sauce:
2/3 cup shoyu
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Ajinomoto
2 Tbsp sake
Instant soup base from udon noodles

Ingredients:
1 round onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienne
1 bunch watercress, cut 2” long
1 8oz can bamboo shoots, sliced
1 7 oz pkg udon noodles (rinse under hot water to loosen noodles)
1 block tofu, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chicken in butter. When half done add ˝ of onions and cook 1 minute. Add ˝ sauce. Add ˝ of each ingredient. Add more vegetables as hekka is eaten. As sauce becomes diluted, add rest of sauce mixture.
