1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce shredded
1/2 lb Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
5 lb Potatoes
1/4 c - 1/2 c Vinegar
6 Eggs (Hard Boiled) (more if you really like eggs)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the lettuce into 1/4" wide bite size strips
Cook bacon until crisp, cool and crumble
Hard Boil eggs, cool and dice
Boil potatoes until tender (but not mushy)
Wilt lettuce in either 1/4 c of hot vinegar (lower fat version) or in the bacon fat
Combine all ingredients including vinegar used to wilt lettuce
Add salt and pepper to taste, add more vinegar as needed
Serve hot, it will cool fast so don't let it sit
