2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp. mini chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325º
2) In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in chocolate chips and set aside.
3) In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until frothy (about 2 minutes).
4) Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in wet mixture.
5) Stir until moistened. Shape dough into a log shape on a greased baking sheet.
6) Bake 30 minutes.
7) After 30 minutes, take out to cool for 10 minutes while reducing oven to 300º.
8) Cut into 1/2 inch slices-separate and return to oven.
9) Cook for 12 additional minutes
