1 commercial size (7 lb. 5 oz.) can baked beans
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 onion,chopped (optional)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6-8 strips bacon, chopped in smaller pieces

Combine in large bowl. Pour in large foil casserole pan - deeper is better. Bake covered for 2 1/2 hours at 325º.
