Your favourite pie crust recipe
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb in pie crust. Mix sugar and eggs, then add flour and continue mixing till it forms a nice smooth mixture. Add milk, and mix in. Pour over rhubarb, covering it as evenly as possible. Use a lattice crust to cover. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes, then at 350ºF until custard is set and juice is bubbling, approximately 40 minutes.
