Ingredients:
6 Eggs or what ever you need.

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in sauce pan large enough that most eggs are sitting on the bottom. Add water to cover the eggs. Bring to a boil over high heat, continue to cook for about 5-6 minutes. Reduce heat slightly if water is boiling out of the pot. The more eggs you are cooking, the longer the time it will take.
When done, remove from heat, place lid on pot and let sit for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse eggs under cold water several times. Place in refrigerator until cooled completely.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Lauren, if you will gently roll the egg while applying pressure with your hand, it will peel easier. Yokes should be a dark yellow.
