3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger, or ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up, or chicken pieces

Directions:

Marinate in sauce 30 minutes or longer. Barbecue over charcoal fire or broil in oven, turning and basting until tender. Or bake on baking sheet (with sauce poured over) 10 minutes at 400ºF then at 350ºF 45 minutes or until tender.
