2 T. olive oil
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 cups leftover roast beef cut into bite size pieces
one apple (chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan and add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add roast beef and stir with onion and garlic until beef is heated. Add curry powder, bouillon, and salt and mix thoroughly. Add cup of water; when it is nearly boiling add apple and raisins, turn heat down and let simmer, covered, for ten minutes. Serve on rice.

If you have Pataks curry in oil instead of the curry powder, it's even better. Add more curry if you like.
