Ingredients:  
(For 1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak)
3/4c. olive oil
1/4c. soy sauce
1/4c. honey
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4c. finely chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over flank steak in a flat pan.
2. Cover and marinade for 12 to 24 hours, stirring and basting occasionally.
3. Broil or barbecue, basting periodically.
4. Slice on a diagonal to serve.
