1 large pkg orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1 6 oz can frozen orange juice
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 regular cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large bowl. Add orange juice and stir until melted. Add softened cream cheese and cottage cheese and beat with hand mixer. Stir in marshmallows, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Fold in Cool whip. Place in serving bowl and chill until set.
