2lbs Italian Sausage--sweet variety
1 or two cans of beer
Directions:
Directions:
Soak the brats in beer for at least 2 hours
Place on a hot grill and sear. Then move to the side off the direct heat and cook through until done.
Serve on soft rolls with mustard, pickles, and onions. Yummmm
