2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. pecan halves, chopped
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, 1 c. brown sugar, and 1/2 c. butter.
Pat this mixture into 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle pecans over this crust.
Combine 3/4 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar in a kettle. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow mixture to bubble at edges (boil 1/2-1 minute).
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and immediately sprinkle with milk chocolate chips. Allow to melt and then spread.
