1 c. coconut
1 c. ground walnuts
6 oz pkg of strawberry jello
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Red sugar
Silver almonds (dyed green with food coloring)
Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix coconut, nuts, jello, milk and vanilla. Chill 1 hr. Shape into strawberry shapes, roll in red sugar and insert a green almond sliver into top of strawberry. Refrigerate or store in freezer. Makes about 3 dozen

To dye almonds: place almonds in a small covered plastic container, add several drops of green food coloring. Cover and shake until almonds are green.
