1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 T. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add egg, vanilla and milk. Mix well and stir in dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Decorate with green icing, colored coconut and mini jelly beans. Makes 3 dozen
