Cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 T. cocoa
Two 1 oz bottles of red food coloring

Frosting:
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. milk
3 T. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: In medium mixer bowl combine cake mix, oil, eggs, buttermilk, cocoa and food coloring. Bake according to cake mix pkg directions. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 pan or two 9" cake pans.

Frosting:
Place milk and 3 T. flour in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy, gradually add cooled milk mixture and beat until smooth, scraping sides of bowl as needed.
