4 oz. (4 squares) unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. In large bowl beat chocolate, oil and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and beat into sugar mixture. Stir in walnuts. Chill dough. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on racks. Makes 4 dozen
