1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp baking soda
5 - 5 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, sugar, eggs and extracts and add sour cream. Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt). Roll out on a mixture of flour and powdered sugar to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Decorate with your favorite frosting. Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies
