Ingredients:  
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 c. unsalted butter, cubed
1/4 c. to 1/2 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, sugar and salt to food processor, add cubed butter and process until butter is pea size. Gradually add ice water and pulse until mixture just comes together. Remove from processor and form into 2 disks, cover with saran wrap and place in refrigerator and chill 1 hr. Makes a double crust.
