1/2 cup butter-flavored Crisco
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut

Mix together. Bake for 12 minutes at 350º. Note: will look undercooked).
