1/2 c. sliced almonds
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped into pieces
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1 11oz. can Mandarin oranges
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley
dash red pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put almonds and 3 tablespoons sugar in small skillet. Cook at low heat, stirring, cook until sugar sticks to almonds. Cool, break apart. Mix lettuce, celery, green onions and oranges. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, vinegar, parsley and red pepper sauce until blended. Pour dressing over salad. Top with almonds.
