Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Filling:
4 C fresh rhubarb, cut in approx. 3/4 inch pieces
1 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C water
Topping:
1 C flour
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C rolled oats (oatmeal)
1/2 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 7 x 11 greased pan. Mix topping ingredients together (use bowl from filling) and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
Serve while still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I make this recipe with a lower fat/sugar content and more fiber(oatmeal) added. I use 1/2 the sugars, 1/2 the butter and double the oats.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandpa Lee built a lot of the houses in our neighborhood. Next door to our home at 3325 15th Ave. So. in Great Falls he built a house of rock (like the Flinstone's) for the Calvari's. Next, the Baltrusch family moved in, then the Rounds, and last memory was Ruth and Russell Robison living there. I wonder who lives there now?!?
