16 oz. whole mushrooms, stemmed
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
garlic powder
parsley
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, breaking apart. Mix cream cheese, garlic and parsley, to taste. Fill mushrooms with cheese mixture. Top mushrooms with sausage. Bake 400º for 20 minutes.
