1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
4 medium sweet potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the 4 medium sweet potatoes the day before in salt water until tender. Cool, peel and slice to one inch thick. Then candy them in frying pan (below).

Cook the remaining ingredients (brown sugar, butter, water & salt) on medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Add the cooked sweet potatoes and cook until glazed or candied - turning several times.
