3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 16 oz box brown sugar
2 c. self rising flour**
1 T. vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
One 3 1/2 oz can of shredded coconut or 1 cup
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs and butter together; add sugar. Gradually add flour; mix well. Stir in vanilla, fold in nuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

**Easy substitution for self rising flour. For 1 cup, measure 1 c. of all purpose flour, remove and discard 2 tsp of flour and add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt. This will equal 1 c. of self rising flour.
