Approximately 5 lbs potatoes cut in slices
1 lb bacon cut in small pieces
Chopped onion (your discretion)

Directions:
Fill Dutch Oven with potatoes, bacon, and onion. Cover and use the golden rule for Dutch oven cooking. (3 under, 3 over) eg. 12" Dutch oven 9 under (12-3) and 15 over (12+3) Cook for approximately 1-1/2 hours stirring occasionally. We love these leftovers for breakfast.
