3 cup diced rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 cup milk for pudding
1 ( 8oz) carton Cool Whip

Crust:
2 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks of oleo
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For Crust: Blend well and press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.

For Filling: Let rhubarb and sugar set for 1 hour. Then cook as for sauce and add the strawberry Jello. Mix well and let set till jelly like. Mix together instant pudding and milk as directions state on box. Add cool whip and rhubarb mixture and pour over crust. Refrigerate. (this can be frozen)
