1 large onion, chopped
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
4 T. olive oil
One 4-5 lb chicken, cut up
2 T. Paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 can of chicken broth
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and begin to brown chicken on all sides. Add onion and garlic midway during browning process then sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika, add chicken broth. Cover and simmer on low for 30 - 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove meat from liquid. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, flour and 1 cup of hot liquid from chicken until smooth. Pour mixture into skillet and blend with remaining liquid. Heat until it comes to a boil. Ready to serve over cooked white rice, buttered egg noodles or egg drop dumplings (see separate recipe for egg drop dumplings)
