Ingredients: 6 lbs Sirloin steak, cut into this strips
Vegetables - sliced into strips 4 medium sized onions 3 green peppers 2 red peppers 1/2 to 3/4 lbs mushrooms 5 medium sized tomatoes 1-1/2 lbs mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:Spices: salt and pepper Fajita seasoning italian seasoning garlic salt Worcestershire sauce
Cooking oil
1. Fry steak with small amount of oil and add dry seasonings to taste on grill top or Dutch oven. When steak is brown, place aside in a covered container.
2. Heat small amount of oil in Dutch oven and add onion, green and red peppers and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Add mushrooms after five minutes of cooking. Add Worcestershire sauce (to taste) and stir frequently.
3. When onions are nearly cooked "clear" add tomatoes and cook approximately five minutes or until mixture is thoroughly hot.
4. Add cooked steak and mix together thoroughly.
5. When mixture is thoroughly hot, add mozzarella cheese and stir. Serve when cheese is melted into mixture. |
