1 1/2 cup frozen loose hashbrowns
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack with Jalapeño peppers (2 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese (2 oz)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup light cream or half and half

Directions:
Thaw potatoes, press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Grease an 8' casserole dish. Bake uncovered 400º for 20 minutes
remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350º. On top of potatoes layer Monterey Jack cheese, ham and Swiss cheese. In small bowl combine eggs and cream. Pour mixture over potatoes and cheese Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve
