1 package (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
2 cloves garlic pressed
2 oz. Romano cheese, grated and divided (approximately 2/3 cup grated)
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 firm plum tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Dip dough and pizza roller in flour and evenly roll dough into a 12 inch circle on the 13 inch baking stone. Press garlic with garlic press and spread evenly over crust. Grate 1/2 of Romano cheese over crust (1/3 Cup). Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella and 1 teaspoon oregano over crust. Slice tomatoes thinly. Layer tomatoes in a single layer over cheese. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and oregano over tomatoes. Grate remaining Romano on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot
