5 strips of bacon, diced
4 boneless chicken breast, cut-up
1 med. onion
2 sml. can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
pepper to taste
2 T. flour
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. 'No Yolks' dumping noodles, cooked

In a large skillet, cook bacon. Set bacon aside on a paper towel. In the bacon drippings, cook chicken, onion, and mushrooms, until chicken is done. Add broth, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Crumble bacon on top, mix together, cover and simmer for 10 min. Combine sour cream and flour till smooth, then add to skillet. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 min. or until it thickens. Boil noodles in a large pot, drain then return to pot. Pour chicken mixture over noodles and stir together. You can sprinkle with additional paprika if desired...
