3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. four
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. butter-add after cooking

Directions:

Mix together. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick, Remove from heat add butter. If desired you can add several T of Miracle Whip and thin slightly with milk. When cooled mix with potatoes, hard boiled eggs, diced onions, celery, parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste

I am thinking this recipe was Grandma Bo's. We got several Burmeister's together one year for a Family Reunion. Pat Sievers shared this Potato Salad with us.
