2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 T. veggie oil
1 med. onion...diced
2 c. carrots...cut up
2 c. celery...cut up
2 c. potatoes...peeled & diced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can corn
2 cans gr. beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion w/ oil. Then pour water over it, just enough to cover meat, cover and simmer for 1 hr, add water as needed. Then add carrots, celery,& potatoes, add water just to cover and simmer for 1/2 hr. Then add corn & gr. beans (with the liquid) and the tomato sauce. Salt, pepper, and garlic for taste. Let simmer, remember to stir, for 1 hr. Serve with bread rolls
