3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 cans (15 oz) creamed corn
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp pepper
4 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs with a whisk until well blended. Add milk, corn, sugar, crackers and pepper and stir well. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 6
