1 box of acine de pepe pasta
3 c. mandarin oranges, measure after draining
2 c. pineapple tidbits, measure after draining
1 regular can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 regular cool whip

Dressing ingredients:
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and rinse with cold water. Set aside while preparing dressing. For dressing, boil pineapple juice and sugar. Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Add flour and egg yolks (1 at a time) and whisk well after each addition, return to heat and bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes until thick. Add lemon juice. Combine dressing with with pasta in a large bowl and allow to marinate overnight. Before serving add oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped topping. Mixing well.
